Sage EVP Specialty Solutions Robert Deshaies Departs

Sage EVP of Specialty Solutions Robert Deshaies has apparently departed the company within the last month.

His profile is prominently missing from the Sage Executive Team where it has been up until recently.

Update: Confirmed with Sage. No replacement information available.

Update: This occurred toward the end of June 2012 and his reports have been re-assigned to existing executives within the division pending announcement of replacement or other direction for Specialty.

Update 7-16-2012: Sage UK Investor Day presentations give some hints as to what direction this division might head.

Deshaies joined Sage in January 2010 to lead the Construction and Real Estate teams. He’d previously worked at Microsoft where he was a VP in charge of partner strategy.

His most recent LinkedIn profile still shows Sage as his current position with his duties having broadened to include:

Leads the Sage SBS group of specialized and vertical solution P&L’s including Sage FAS Fixed Assets, Employer Solutions, Value product families, Construction and Real Estate (CRE) and Non Profit. In addition Robert also leads the North American support, training, and professional services groups. Served on North American and Global Leadership Teams.
