Sage have just sent out an invitation to MySage for Business Services. This portal appears to be a single location for customers to sign in and view:
I don’t know if this was sent to all Sage customers at once or whether (more likely) there’s a gradual roll out across various Sage product lines. It’s also possible that the service has been operational to a portion of the customers for some time and the rollout is just now reaching my products.
The email of my customer’s Sage customer account manager is highlighted prominently in the upper right corner of the screen.
Most of the content contained within MySage appears to be compiled from other pre-existing Sage web locations. Of particular interest is the ability to view curated Community postings for products which a customer is using.
While this appears as if it might be helpful to customers – I suspect that a separate online web site may only be the initial launch and at some point Sage might incorporate this site into their product info screens and eliminate the need for a customer to separately login to view this information.
