  1. Try this via Phone support and same result back. We point them to our services page and they hang up often. Happens 1-2 times a week here so kind of used to it.

    Free support before buying any product is a strange phenomenon occurring these days I think.

    Wonder what the clerk at Coach would have said today if I asked, “Can I go around the block with the bag to try it out?”, maybe she might have the same answer yet in a much more polite manner:)
