At the point that you are now supporting not only the ERP software but the software company’s customer portal – it’s time for the company to make a change and cut their losses.
Downloading a time sensitive product update for payroll customers should not meet with this type of error message. Clearly there is something highly dysfunctional which needs to be corrected immediately.
