Back in February Sage sold Act! and Saleslogix to email marketer Swiftpage as part of an aggregate figure of $101.2m for the sales to various companies of seven of its products, of which ACT and SalesLogix form part.
Sage had announced that it would dispose of non-core business lines in a previous earnings report.
Similarly the Saleslogix page has been revamped which can be viewed here.
That’s a first look for us at the new logo and web site which Swiftpage have just posted. The box shot continues to carry the Sage branding but that surely will change. There’s also a web page which explains the three different brands and how they fit together – here.
