Some of the recent buzz over the departure of Sage North America Interim President Jodi Uecker have focused on the credentials of her replacement, Marc Scheipe. As with any change of leadership there is a question about what directional changes the company could make under a new Interim President.
A few people have pointed out Marc Scheipe’s business background, however I’ve yet to read anything about Scheipe’s most impressive credential which includes:
A 10 military year career which includes: Top Gun graduate, a fighter pilot with 1800 flight hours, 300+ aircraft landings and 36 combat missions over Iraq and Bosnia.
From Marc Scheipe Linkedin:
U.S. Navy FA-18 pilot. 1800 flight hours, 300 carrier arrested landings and multiple leadership positions within aircraft squadron. Awarded Air Medal for 36 combat missions in support of U.N. operations over Southern Iraq and Bosnia Herzegovina. Program Manager for U.S. Navy Advanced Air-to-Air tactics curriculum. U.S. Navy Atlantic Fleet expert on threat country air tactics and pilot capabilities. TOPGUN graduate.
If the US Government can trust Marc to do a good job, I suspect Sage North America can too.
